If you need to find out how much shipping will cost on your order, please put all of the items that you plan on ordering in your shopping cart. Once you click on the checkout button, you will be prompted to enter your shipping address. You will receive a shipping quote on the next page based on what shipping option you chose. Please keep in mind that you will not be asked to enter any of your billing information until we give you a shipping quote.

We strive to see that all orders ship in a timely manner. All orders generally ship within 24 hours of being placed (excepting cases where an item may be out of stock, subject to limited availability). If you have questions as to availability please email sales@dragonmodz.net.
Shipping Address: Payments made via PayPal will only be shipped to the customers confirmed PayPal shipping address listed in the payment. We use PayPal to print our shipping labels and it uses the address entered into the payment page. PayPal's policy on shipping only covers us if we ship to the customers confirmed shipping address. If you are making a purchase via PayPal please confirm that the address you select during payment is your "Confirmed" shipping address. This is for our protection as well as yours.
Payments made via Check/Money Order will be shipped to the address you enter at checkout.
Damaged Shipments: We try our best to prevent damage to all packages during transit by packing each order carefully. Unfortunately, there will be the occasional damaged item.
When shipping damage occurs please make sure that you do not dispose of the original shipping container or any of the packing material (if the original box and packing material are not available then we will not be able to file a claim and we will be unable to replace your damaged item). Please pack the damaged item back up as you received it and contact us immediately via email (sales@dragonmodz.net). Make sure that you include a detailed description of the damage to the item, as well as a description of the package if there is any damage to the carton. If the box/mailer is damaged severly please put the whole package into another secure container for mailing.
Once you have notified us of the damage we will start a claim with the shipping carrier. A representative of that carrier may contact you regarding a pickup or an on-site inspection. Once the package has been inspected by the carrier we will ship out a replacement for the damaged item.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments: Packages will be shipped back to us if the customer either refuses the package, is not available for several days for delivery, or if the address entered is either incorrect or incomplete. In this case, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. If the customer chooses not to have the item reshipped, they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee before they are credited back for the items. In addition, any postage due associated with a recovering a refused package will be deducted from the refund. Once the order is shipped, it may not be refused due to delays in shipping or order processing.
NOTE: We will not pay the recovery fees for ANY refused Canadian shipments. Canadian customers who refuse packages will not receive refunds for the items that were shipped. If you decide that you do not want the items then you will need to accept the shipment and then contact us at sales@dragonmodz.net to receive return authorization.
Defective Items: Please look over the warranty on the products that you purchase from us. You will want to contact the manufacturer first. Most manufacturers prefer to deal with customers directly when there are defective items. This allows them to inspect the product and take proper action. If you are having trouble with a product, their trained staff may also be able to help you with the product without having to send it back to them. If you are unable to resolve the problem with the manufacturer, please contact us directly.
Return and Exchange Policy Terms and Conditions All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days from when the products are delivered. Returns must be received by DragonModz within 15 days of receiving an RMA number. All products must be received in new, resalable condition. The condition of the product will be determined at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. This is analogous to paying for gas to drive a product back to the store you bought it from. Packages that arrive "COD" or "Postage Due" will be refused.
Please ship all packages back using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance (for example, USPS, UPS or FedEx). DragonModz is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns. Valid proof of delivery must include the receipt signature of an authorized DragonModz employee A 15% restocking fee will be charged for ALL returns (deducted from the refund). A larger restocking fee may be deducted if the returned merchandise is not resalable. No restocking fee will be charged for replacement of defective merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable once an order has shipped. Packages refused by the customer will be restocked with a 20% fee deducted from the refund. In addition, any postage due or brokerage fees associated with recovering a refused package will be deducted from the refund.
Products damaged during shipping to the customer will be replaced at no charge. All warranty claims should be directed to the original manufacturer of the product. If you do not know who the manufacturer is or if you are having problems getting in touch with them then email sales@dragonmodz.net for assistance.
We may, for some items, cross-ship a replacement for a defective item. In that situation we must receive the defective product back within 15 days of your being issued an RMA number or we may charge your credit card for the cost of the replacement item (plus shipping).
Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number on the outside of the shipping container. Email sales@dragonmodz.net to receive an RMA number. Please include your order number, your name, the product that you wish to return and a reason for the return. Unauthorized returns will be refused or returned at your expense.
Authorized returns will be processed within 7 days of when they are delivered. Unauthorized returns and refused packages can take up to 3 weeks to be processed and may be refused or returned to you at your expense. If your return has not been processed within that time please email sales@dragonmodz.net.
Returns will not be accepted for any of the following: LED's (unless unused and in resellable condion) or Custom Electronics (custom made to order no including the DragonMeter or any other normal production unit).
Shipping instructions: Ship back any returns with plenty of packaging material to prevent damage during shipping. You may want to make sure that the package is insured because we will not be responsible for any packages that are damaged in transit. Please make sure to write your RMA number on the outside of the box you use to ship.
